"Never A Good Mourning" by Diann Fisher. I pray for God's guidance and protections. I cannot believe our great flag is once again at half-mast. So many lives lost, so many families in mourning. I pray we come together as one. Stop the Hate, Stop the Blame Game, there is evil among us and mental illness. We need to work together for the common goal of our great nation - stop the hate, stop the evil. May our mourning of sadness and bloodshed become, someday instead, our mornings of light and joy for evermore. It is my hopes and prayers that TOGETHER we STAND up, RAISE each other up, and look forward to a day that our flag will STAY Raised on our flagpoles forevermore. The people in Vegas who came together didn't know each other, they didn't assess their political stance, their religious affiliations, they didn't care about the color of their skin. They helped each other. They cried with each other. They stood together in the face of evil. They comforted those injured and showed love to those taking their last breath. Thank you to those who bravely stepped in, and stepped up to help. All of you are heroes. All of you are angels of God. When I see the flag at half-mast, my mind and heart go one place, to prayer and the words to the song.YOU RAISE ME UP! God Bless all affected by this horrible and senseless tragedy.
